Section A sold out: 1,100 tickets in one day!

Barely one day after the beginning of the ticket sales, Section A is already sold out. Tickets for the DCE European Championships have never gone so fast. Tickets are still available for Section B, which (like Secion A) has some of the more luxurious leather seats. There are also Super Seats available.


DCE Championships ticket sale has started today!

The ticket sale for the DCE European Championships has started! For just 15 euros you can get a ticket for the main stand. If you want a seat near to the 50 yard line, order your tickets as soon as possible! There will undoubtly a run on section A and section B tickets again.


DCE introduces 'Super Seats'

Now you can enjoy the DCE Championships in complete luxury! This year, Drum Corps Europe will introduce 'Super Seats'. These are seats in front of some fancy sky boxes in the stadium, where you will be treated like a VIP during the event.


DCE Ticket sale to start this weekend

On Sunday 1st May, Drum Corps Europe will start ticket sales for the DCE European Championships. From the stroke of midnight (local time, 29 April 11.00 pm UK time) you can order tickets online for the drum corps event of the year in the Parkstad Limburg Stadium!

The passing of Bill Cook; businessman, philanthropist, and founder of Star of Indiana, is â??â??a huge shock for the drum corps community. Cook passed away Friday, 18th April at the age of 80. Drum Corps International has brought out various reports and flashbacks about Cook.

Music City Mystique and Arcadia are WGI Champs

Music City Mystique from Nashville, Tennessee, has won the title in the Independent World Class. In the Scholastic World Class, Arcadia High School proved to be the best. The Blue Knights received the 'Fan's Favorite' award.


Star of Indiana founder Bill Cook passes away

Bill Cook, businessman, philanthropist and founder of the Star of Indiana Drum & Bugle Corps, died late Friday afternoon at the age of 80. Cook, with a grant from his company Cook Group Incorporated, founded Star of Indiana in 1984.

Jubal Alumni Corps to peform at DCE and DCN

The Dutch winter guard unit from Beatrix Hilversum has reached the 15th place in the Semi Finals of the Independent World Class at the Winter Guard International World Championships. This means they earned their ticket for the Finals event tonight.


Capacity audience see 5 WGUK champions crowned

On Saturday 2nd April a capacity audience of over 1,000 people saw five new WGUK Champions crowned at Ponds Forge International Centre at the 32nd British Winterguard Championships which incorporated the 4th British Indoor Percussion Championships.


A new uniform for Jubal

The Dutch drum & bugle corps Jubal from Dordrecht will get a completely new uniform from the American uniform manufacturer Demoulin this year. Jubal, Demoulin and the Dutch importer Marchingshop.com have entered into a long-term cooperation agreement for this purpose.

Senators and The Company impress at IPE

The Senators and The Company became European Champions on Saturday, at the IPE European Championships in the Belgian town of Tournai. Both achieved a monster score of over 90 points in their class. The big surprise of the day was GOT Motion, who came third in the International Marching Percussion Class.


Italian joins the 2011 Glassmen

American drum line UNT has arrived in Europe

New drum corps in Canada

Canada is working towards the creation of a new drum & bugle corps. The corps will be set up in Edmonton, a region that has produced many famous bands. The initiative was made by Lions Clubs International and Impact Performing Arts.

First IPE contest will take place this Sunday

Four corps to enter French contest

Jubal's USA tour schedule announced

Brecht Lingier is the third Belgian who will be entering DCI this summer in a top 12 corps. This weekend, he got a place in the bass line of Glassmen Drum & Bugle Corps from Maumee - Ohio. Lingier will be the heartbeat of the drum line this summer, playing bottom bass.
