DCE and Up-Front Footwear form partnership
Drum Corps Europe is proud to announce a partnership with Up-Front Footwear, Inc., maker of Dinkles marching shoes. Located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, DINKLES Marching Shoes have been worn by leading bands, drum & bugle corps, and color guards throughout the world.
