DCI starts shipping 2004 DVDs
The 2004 World Championships DVDs are in. DCI has processed several thousand pre-orders and most customers should receive them prior to Thanksgiving.
Some instances of credit card declines due to invalid expiration dates, address matching, etcetera have been incurred. If you pre-ordered your DVDs and do not receive them prior to Thanksgiving or the day after, feel free to contact Drum Corps International to check on your order. The DCI office will be closed November 25-26 in observance of Thanksgiving.
DCI has become aware of a production error that has resulted in some cases of unreadable discs for Volume II, the disc containing the 13th to 24th-placing corps. If you receive this product, please check it immediately for compatibility on your DVD player. DCI apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but they are prepared to replace the discs with ones that have been inspected and are in good working condition very quickly.
