New German drum corps initiative
A new German drum & bugle corps is in the works. In the German city Norderstedt, people will soon see the birth of Indiana Drum & Bugle Corps, an initiative of Oliver Totzke and Melanie Manhart.
The first talkings with sponsors in the Norderstedt region were very succesfull, said Totzke. The aim is to have at least 40 marching members and participate in the competition of Drum Corps Germany and eventually Drum Corps Europe. A founding meeting will follow in the next few weeks.
