DrumSpirit placed sixth in WGI A-Class Finals
DrumSpirit Percussion Ensemble from Dadizele placed sixth last night in the Independent Marching A Class at theWinter Guard International World Championships. The percussion unit were the first European group to compete in the WGI Percussion Championships.
The Belgians could not keep their lead to Craven and Spirit of America, but nonetheless had a good result with sixth place and a score of 87.500. Dojo Percussion won the A-Class.
Pulse Percussion are the new champions in the Independent Marching World Class. Rhythm X came second in Finals after winning the Prelims, followed by Music City Mystique and Riverside Community College. Tyler Junior College, who performed in Europe earlier this month, came fifteenth.
