DCE launches official iPhone DCE News app
Drum Corps Europe has launched its official DCE iPhone app. The application for the popular Apple phone is now available in the App Store. The app provides the latest news from the DCE site in five languages.
DCE had already launched a beta version in September last year, but this still had some bugs. These bugs have been removed and the app is now fully functional. Owners of the DCE app can read the latest drum corps news on their phone. The DCE app is available as a free download from the App Store, both on the web and on the iPhone itself. The beta version has now been taken offline.
It is recommended that users of the beta version download the new version and remove the beta version, since the latter will not receive future updates. The difference between the beta version and the official release is identified by the icon colour: the beta version has a white background, the new version has a green background.
