Blue Lions plan USA tour 2009
The Blue Lions Drum & Bugle Corps from France is pleased to annouce that they start working on their first USA Tour in 2009. Next year, the Blue Lions hope to participate in the Drum Corps France and Drum Corps Europe competitions next year.
The year 2007 was Blue Lions' first year as a drum & bugle corps, including great performances in France, Belgium, Great Britain and Danemark. The members are working really hard for their first season back in competition with Drum Corps France and Drum Corps Europe in 2008, including contests in France, Netherlands and United Kingdom. This 2008 program is entitled 'Old Jazz Classics' and include jazz pieces like 'That's old Black Magic', 'Take Five' and 'Autumn Leaves'.
The Blue Lions are convinced that international contests and big challenges are the best way to develop their activity and the motivation of their members. More information will be published soon on the Blue Lions website.
