WGUK finals 2006 DVD to be replaced
There have been problems with the final production of the WGUK 2006 finals DVD. Some of these problems can not be fully rectified as it was a live-mix, but over the last few months WGUK has been working with the production company to see how the DVD can be improved. production company to see how the DVD can be improved.
These talkings have resulted in a new DVD being done. WGUK
has an offer to anyone who is not happy with their 2006 finals DVD to
have it replaced with the new one. It has not been possible to rectify
all problems though.
Buyers who would like their DVD replaced with a new one can send it to
the WGUK office with their return address and a note stating what the
problem is with the disc.
All returned DVDs must reach the WGUK office by and no later than
Monday, 24th July. No replacements will be made after that date. On
24th July an order will be placed with the production company for the
number of DVDs to be replaced. This will result in approximately 2 week
turn-around before customers receive their DVD back.
