Tim Gardiner arranger for Distant Thunder
Corps Director John Dimick of Distant Thunder Show Corps from bedford is excited to announce a new partnership with musical arranger Tim Gardiner, one of the creative talents behind DCUK champions The Senators.
Tim has been involved in all of the Senators seven DCUK Championships, both as a marching member and as brass arranger. Tim is also heavily involved with conceptual show design and planning of each Senators production together with aiding the brass staff to achieve the highest standards of performance possible, resulting in five High Brass titles as a writer.
Tim is very pleased to be working with Distant Thunder in 2006. "Distant Thunder have a fantastic and enthusiastic bunch of members and staff", he said. "I'm looking forward to helping them get a show that maximises their performance talents in 2006."
The 2006 program of Distant Thunder is called 'CGI - Reality Is Not Our Business'. The show is based around the symphonic music from the popular Pixar and Dream Works movies.
