DCUK receives many suggestions for Task Force
Many drum corps fans have volunteered to take part in the DCUK Task Force, to be held on November 4th-6th, and and/or have so far contributed ideas for discussion.
Due to an overwhelming response, it has not been possible to accommodate all those who volunteered to take part in the Task Force. Sixteen people will form the Task Force, and DCUK are confident that the composition of the Task Force represents as wide a cross-section of the drum corps community as possible.
Suggestions for discussion items include age limits, publicity, co-operation with other organisations, contesting rules, season structure and composition, and fundraising. However, the Task Force welcomes more ideas and suggestions between now and November so that a wide-ranging and comprehensive review of the UK drum corps activity can take place.
