Besana Secutores brings Pinocchio to life
The new show of Besana Secutores is dedicated to a famous Italian story: 'Pinocchio'. The corps promises that the spectators will get to see a different Pinocchio to the one that everyone knows from the Disney movie.
The new show of Besana Secutores is dedicated to a famous Italian story: 'Pinocchio'. The corps promises that the spectators will get to see a different Pinocchio to the one that everyone knows from the Disney movie.
Jiminy Cricket, the Blue Fairy, the fox and the cat. These are the characters the audience will not get to see in Besana's show. The DCE finalist brings a completely different story and a different Pinocchio to the field, under the title 'Pinocchio, The True Liar'. "You'll see the coolest, most unpredictable and mischievous Pinocchio you’ve ever seen", said Secutores, which is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year.
It is not yet known what music pieces will be part of the show. The brass arrangements are by Simeone Riva, and the percussion is written by Jeff Tinsley. Preston Howard is the drill designer and Victor Reyes is responsible for the guard choreography.
