Strängnäs Drum and Bugle Corps returns to DCI
Strängnäs Drum & Bugle Corps from Sweden will once again be travelling to the United States next year. The corps will participate in the Drum Corps International competition.
This is the fifth time that the Swedes are making the crossing. Although Strängnäs does not participate in the European drum corps competition, no other European corps has completed so many tours to America in such a short timeâ??â??.
The last time the corps travelled to America was in 2010. The Europeans then came fifteenth in the Open Class Semi Finals with a score of 70.600. Two years earlier, they finished in 21st place in the Open Class.
Strängnäs is organising its first info camp in preparation for the DCI tour on 11th and 12th February.
