Kidsgrove Scouts announce plans for 2006
The Kidsgrove Scouts website has been updated with the plans for the marching band and drum corps community in 2006 and a report on last weekends Drum Corps United Kingdom Championships where the corps successful captured the High Percussion and High Colour Guard trophies.
In 2006, the corps will produce a full marching indoor performance during the winter period involving the hornline, the guard and percussion accessories. It will be performed around the UK in the months of January, February and March.
The hornline will produce a CD recording of ensemble pieces learnt during the winter program, the CD will also include the indoor performance and the 2006 summer show. The corps membership is already promising to be considerably larger than the 2005 corps. The corps look forward to being a part of Drum Corps Europe again in 2006.

The website will undergo an overhaul for the 2006 season in the coming weeks and there will be many more progress updates in the very near future. This will include the 2006 show announcement, the 2006 schedule, new staff faces, and some huge exciting developments for the Kidsgrove Scouts.
