IPE and Tim Fairbanks at DCE Championships
Indoor Percussion Europe (IPE) will be attending the DCE European Championships in Kerkrade. IPE will bring Tim Fairbank over to Kerkrade where he will demonstrate his new drumsticks.
Tim is the Percussion Director for Centerville High School, and is the visual designer and program coordinator for WGI Independent World ensemble Rhythm X of Columbus. He is a member of the WGI Board of Directors, in addition to serving on the Percussion Advisory Board and Steering Committee, and is currently the Vice President of the MEPA Circuit, heading the Percussion division. Tim has been a member of the DCI Judging Team and, this past summer, worked as programme coordinator with The Bluecoats.
Tim will sign and demonstrate his new Innovative Percussion drumsticks at the Muremo booth stand from 5pm till 6pm. At the Muremo booth you can also purchase the DVDs of the IPE European Championships 2009.
Indoor Percussion Europe will announce the full event calendar for the 2010 season with five indoor percussion events. In the last three years IPE managed to create an exciting new European competition of performance and entertainment, with the sole focus on percussion.
