DCE judges training in Ireland
DCE held a judges training session in Ireland this past weekend. DCE Director of Education Bob Thomas was very pleased with the turn out and participation of all the attendees.
The day was filled with lively discussion and the viewing of DCE and DCI DVDs for all to practice their judging skills. Eleven attendees passed their certification and will begin their shadow judging. DCE is extremely pleased with the enthusiasm of the all new judges. DCE would like to thank The Tallaght Youth Band for their hospitality and use of their site.
The Irish Marching Bands Association will be holding a DCE certified show in Arklow Ireland on July 11th in conjunction with DCUK. DCE will be holding its annual judges college May 2nd and 3rd in Dadizele, Belgium and the venue is DrumSpirit's clubhouse.
