Clonmel Bluehawks announce 'Out of the Blue'
Following on from the success of 2010, reigning Irish Champions the Clonmel Bluehawks are pleased to announce their 2011 programme 'Out of the Blue'. The Bluehawks celebrate the 40th anniversary of the organisation Banna Chluain Meala, the concert and marching band of which the Bluehawks are the marching wing.
The show will explore the journey from darkness to light, and features music by Michael Giacchino, Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard and John Williams. Having finished 11th in the European rankings in 2010, plans are already well under way for the coming season, and the 10-time Irish champions will once again work with the design team of Eoin O'Keeffe, Jon Bilby and Remco Groenewegen.
In 2011 the Bluehawks will enter the DCE European Championships for the first time in their existence.
