Registration DCE 2009 to start this Saturday
This Saturday, the registration for the DCE European Championships 2009 will begin. Corps will be able to register during the whole of November. The participants list will be published mid-December.
Like in previous years, criteria will be used for selection (the criteria will be published when the registration starts). 2008 DCE Open Class finalists and the top three of the Cadet Class will have a guaranteed spot if they register. If, by the end of the month, there are still places available, the registration deadline will be extended until the event is full. A final decision on the location for the DCE Championships 2009 has not yet been made, but Drum Corps Europe expects to announce it shortly.
In order to enter the DCE Championships (Saturday, 26th September 2009), participation at one or more Certified Shows in your own country is mandatory. This rule doesn't apply to countries where no Certified Show is scheduled.
