Southwest Union and DIO enter DCE Championships
Southwest Union Drum & Bugle Corps and DIO Drum & Bugle Corps will enter the DCE Championships 2006. Due to internal situations, two corps had to cancel their registration. Southwest Union and DIO were on the waiting list, and they accepted the invitation from DCE to enter the Championships.
Southwest Union from Goes-Ijzendijke - NL will present a production entitled 'Quidam', including the music pieces 'Atmadja', 'Distorted', 'A la Lune', 'Urban Me', and 'Incantation'. Southwest Union is a joint venture between two corps in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
The 35 members of DIO from Dordrecht - NL will play music from the hit musical 'Tommy'. Their musical program consists of 'It's a Boy', 'Go To the Mirror Boy', 'See Me, Feel Me', 'Sparks', and 'Pinball Wizard'. Both DIO and Southwest Union will enter the Open Class.
