Mike New and Nick Emmett join DCE editorial team
Michael (Mike) New and Nick Emmett will be reinforcing the editorial team of the English version of the DCE website (www.drumcorps.org.uk). They will be responsible for editing English-language news bulletins. Mike was recently in charge of Drum Corps Planet, a large American drum corps website. Nick is Caption Head Percussion with Northern Star. Michael (Mike) New and Nick Emmett will be reinforcing the editorial team of the English version of the DCE website (www.drumcorps.org.uk). Drum Corps Europe receives English-language press releases on a fairly regular basis from Dutch, German, Belgium and French corps. In order to present these texts in correct English, DCE has been looking for an English-speaking editor to check the style, spelling and grammar of the texts prior to publication. DCE is delighted that Mike and Nick are willing to take on this job.
