The key priorirites for the weekend are to discuss, learn and share information on the updated DCE Competition Manual which was recently published. In addition to this, all trainees will undertake the 'certification' test as part of their journey to becoming a fully accredited judge. A number of breakout sessions are scheduled where more caption specific topics are to be discussed. These sessions will be led by Bob Thomas and Jim Lauver for Visual, and Marco Harder and Douglas Caldwell for Music.
This event is open to all designers and instructors, however attendees should note that the purpose of the weekend is to focus on the education and upskilling of the judging community.
