American educator Clark Gardner to Unik Star
European Indoor Arts Alliance (EIAA) and Unik Star/Xpression from Hellemmes - France will hold a number of clinics during the Unik Star Open House in october 2009. For this event, Unik Star will have an american educator and percusionnist, Clark Gardner.
Gardner has been a consultant for Unik Star since two years and has much experience within drum corps, teaching and marching with corps like The Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets and involved in multiple musical experiments. Other clinicians who will be at the clinics are Sébà Flohart, Mélanie Leleu and Coralie Sueur (color guard), David Lemant & Benoit Sueur (snare), Eric Sueur (cymbals), and Pierre Lignée (keyboard). There will aslo be a special masterclass for color guard with Seba Flohart.
The Open House will take place on October 25th at the 'Centre Gustave Engrand', 208 Rue Faidherbe in Hellemmes - France. For those who want to enter the clinics (color guard, snare, bassdrum/tenor, cymbals ans front ensemble) pay 6 euros, there is no admission fee for visitors.
