Kidsgrove Scouts take DCUK 2007 title
The Kidsgrove Scouts have won the DCUK International Open Class title at the 2007 British Drum Corps Championships, yesterday in Burton on Trent. The corps scored a total of 88.96, 0.1 point ahead of The Senators. It was a close call between the Kidsgrove Scouts and the Senators as both corps managed to take three captions. The Black Knights ended up third (81.70), while Southern Aurora / Legion Star placed fourth in the International Open Class (68.10). The National Open Class was topped by the Poynton Commodores (80.20). The Black Knights Cadets were the only competitors in the National Junior Class (68.05).
