Wölper Löwen look forward to many competitions
Wölper Löwen Drum & Bugle Corps from Neustadt â?? Germany will enter many contests in 2005. The corps wants to take part in all Drum Corps Germany shows, the Drum Corps Europe show in Kortrijk â?? Belgium, World Music Contest in Kerkrade and the DCE Championships.
The Wölper Löwen were very successful in 2004 with their 'Moulin Rouge' show. At the DCG Finals in Hameln the corps became the runner-up, and during the DCE Championships in The Hague they reached fourth place. Next year the corps will enter seven contests in total: Drum Corps Germany on June 4th, July 2th, September 3rd, and September 17th, the World Music Contest in Kerkrade and DCE on June 25th and September 24th.
Besides the contests, the Löwen will also perform at several festivals and tattoos throughout Germany and France.
