After a busy time performing live and learning a lot of exciting new music, High Brass are now preparing for two major concerts in the north west of England later this year. After a busy time performing live and learning a lot of exciting new
music, High Brass are now preparing for two major concerts in the north
west of England later this year.
On Saturday October 21st, the band will perform at the new Pyramid Arts
Centre in their home town of Warrington where they will be unveiling a
number of new charts including a specially commissioned piece written
exclusively for the band by Steven Speigl entitled 'El Duendecillo' ('A
Little Magic Spirit').
On Sunday 29th October High Brass will once again be sharing the stage
with Wire Brass, Warrington's premier brass band, at Lowton Civic Hall.
As well as showcasing the talents of each band, plans are underway for
the bands to play as a full ensemble of 40+ brass which both bands are
really looking forward to.
