Tour of Champions has started
Last night the Drum Corps International's new post-championship 'Tour of Champions' stepped off at the Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego - California.
As a special treat, the tour will feature a special massed-corps performance with about six minutes of new drill and music. The drill was written for this performance by Mike Gaines, drill writer for the champion Cavaliers, which involves the playing members of all the corps.
Remaining stops on the Tour are: Pasadena (tonight), Cupertino and (Friday) and San Jose (Saturday). The event features Phantom Regiment, Madison Scouts, Cavaliers, Santa Clara Vanguard, The Cadets and Blue Devils. (Source: drumcorpsplanet.com)
