DCN announces management team
Drum Corps Netherlands has announced its management team. Kees Bourquin will become chairman of the organisation. The other management positions will be occupied by Cees Bogert (secretary) and Ronald Seits (treasurer).
As Project Manager for Drum Corps Europe, the new chairman, Bourquin, was responsible for setting up the Dutch organisation. "In future, DCE wants to focus more on its profile as European organisation. There was therefore a need for a separate Dutch drum corps organisation", he explains on the Drum Corps Netherlands website.
Cees Bogert will become secretary for DCN, and Ronald Seits will be in charge of the financial aspects. Bogert's previous positions include Chairman of Jubal and he was also involved in setting up Drum Corps Holland. Ronald Seits has had a long career with Juliana in Middelburg.
