The European drum corps forum Drumcorpstalk.com will stop soon. In preparation for the renewal of the website, Drum Corps Europe has decided not to continue with the forum.
The forum was launched in 2001 and was popular with drum corps fans for years, but lately it is hardly being used. "There are other platforms for discussion and airing your opinion now like social media", says DCE webmaster Marco Janssen. "We are going to focus more on these new platforms." Drum corps fans will be able to respond to news through their Facebook accounts.
Drumcorpstalk.com has a total of over 1700 registered members who together have posted about 25,000 messages.
