Rob Beeren in DCE management
Rob Beeren has joined the management team of Drum Corps Europe. To many corps he was already the face of DCE, and from now on he will fill the position of corps contact as a member of management.
Rob Beeren started his musical career in 1990 at Drum Band Vaartbroek and then played with the City of Light Band '75, Magic Knights, Percussion Unlimited and Jubal. He was a percussion instructor at Northern Star, a show instructor for Showkorps O&V and the co-founder of Drumcorpsmedia.com and Winterguardmedia.com.
Since October this year, Beeren has worked as a Taskforce member for Color Guard Netherlands. For years he has been the corps contact of DCE. He will continue to fulfill this function when working in management. "I have gained a vast amount of experience in the past few years working as a volunteer at DCE", he says. "The corps really appreciate my commitment to the job and that's why I believe that it will be a good step for me to be more involved in this from my position in the DCE management team."
