Jubal Drum & Bugle Corps has experienced a turbulent start to its journey to the USA. Yesterday morning, today's KLM flight to Houston, which some of the members had been booked onto, was unexpectedly cancelled. Due to the cancellation, all members had to be rebooked onto another flight. Quite a lot of organisation, hassle and stress. Finally, the group was split over two other flights. This did mean that the members had to catch a later flight and make an extra stop.
The largest group of 75 people did not experience problems due to the cancellation, because this group was flying with British Airways. Jubal is hoping to have all its members in Houston tonight around midnight local time.
