For Juliana, the coming year will be all about the concept of sound: "What is sound? Where does it come from? How do you make sound? What can you actually do with sound? This topic offers plenty of possibilities", the corps states in a press release.
The show is written entirely by the corps' own design team. This year, the arrangers have drawn their inspiration from music by Philip Glass, Steve Reich and the soundtrack of the movie 'Wall-E' by Thomas Newman, among others. In addition, the music for some parts of the show will be composed by members of the corps.
