Two French musicians join The Senators

Publish Date: 18 Jan 2009 - 615 views

Two French musicians will join The Senators Drum & Bugle Corps for the 2009 season. David Lemant and Benoit Sueur will both march in the drumline of the DCE 2007 and 2008 European Champions.

David will march snare, and Benoit will be part of the tenor line. They are both members of the indoor percussion ensemble Unik Star from Hellemmes - France. Last weekend they had their first rehearsal with The Senators in Eastleigh.

David and Benoit will remain active members of Unik Star, as Unik Star is a winter drumline, while The Senators focus on the summer season.
