Spartans to march in Inaugural Parade
The Spartans Drum & Bugle Corps from Nashua - New Hampsire has once again been selected to represent the state of New Hampshire in the 2005 Presidential Inaugural Parade. This is the 5th time that the corps has been selected in its 50 year history.
The parade is nationally televised and will take place on Thursday January 20th 2005. The official schedule is being worked out by the administration at this time. This is a great addition to the already exciting 2005 (50th Anniversary) season. This will be the 2nd time that the corps will have performed for President George W. Bush. The Spartans have also taken part in the Presidential Inaugural Parades of George Bush, Ronald Reagan, and Jimmy Carter.
Another drum & bugle corps to be represented in the Inaugural Parade is Glassmen Drum & Bugle Corps from Toledo - Ohio.
