Jubal, Calypso, Johan Friso top first DCN contest
Jubal, Calypso and Johan Friso have topped the first Drum Corps Netherlands contest, last night in Middeleburg. Hundreds of drum corps fans travelled to Middelburg to watch the kick off of the Dutch drum corps season.
Jubal from Dordrecht won the Open Class with a score of 64.10, followed by Juliana from Middelburg (58.55) and Federatieband from The Hague (48.40). Calypso from Zwevegem - Belgium surprised the audience with a strong performance in the A-Class (59.80). Johan Friso from Middelburg topped the Cadet Class (48.35), Confetti came in second (39.50).
The next DCN contest will take place in Apeldoorn on June 28th.
