Nick was hired as the original featured performer/snare soloist for the Tony and Emmy Award winning Broadway hit 'Blast!'. He pent two years with the Boston Crusaders, and then moved to California to march with the Santa Clara Vanguard where he became the 1992 Drum Corps International Rudimental Snare Drum World Champion. In 1993 Nick marched with the award winning percussion section for the Star of Indiana and won the Drum Corps Midwest individual Snare Drum Title.
