Date DCE Championships 2008 confirmed
Drum Corps Europe has confirmed the date for the DCE European Championships in 2008. Next year, the European Championships will be held on Saturday, September 27th.
Every year, the DCE Championships are held on the last Saturday of September. The year 2006 was an exception, because the DCUK Championships were held in the weekend of September 30th and October 1st. With so many Championship events in September, it's important to avoid a clash of dates with other drum corps organisations in Europe. The venue for next year's DCE Championships is to be confirmed.
Next year, Drum Corps Europe will also host the first 'UK Power Regional'. This event is scheduled for Saturday 21st June 2008.
