Beatrix tops DCN contest Hilversum

Corps Netherlands contest in Beatrix' home town Hilversum. Eleven corps
entered the second DCN contest.
The weather was much better than during the contest in Dordrecht, three
weeks ago. The corps that entered both contests all showed much
improvement last night, and the overall impression is that 2006 will be
a good drum corps year in The Netherlands, with attractive programs.
Willem Eggert from Purmerend won the A-Class, and Jong beatrix topped
the Cadet Class. Harpe Davids from Zoetermeer was the only competitior
in the Percussion Class.
The Drum Corps Netherlands Championships will be held in the stadium of TOP Oss, on September 9th, 2006.
