Bob's music has been associated with many Drum Corps over the years especially with his arrangements of the music of Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays for the L.A Big Band as well as his critically acclaimed work with the Stan Kenton orchestra.
Bob will visit the UK next May to record the album as well as perform a live gig featuring the new charts currently being written. The date for this gig will be announced when the venue is confirmed. The members of High Brass are delighted to have this opportunity to work with one of the greats in the world of big band jazz and are looking forward to promoting their drum corps heritage on the back of this recording.
