Randy Nelson not in The Hague

Mr. Randy Nelson won't be able to come to The Hague this weekend. Randy is from the Panhandle of Florida and they just recently got hit with Hurricane Ivan. He had to leave his home with mandatory evacuation last week and had to go North to get out of the way of the storm.
They have told them that they will probably not have electricity for at least a week. Needless to say that it is definitely impossible for him to leave the area at this time. We wish Mr. Nelson all the best. Marsika Bernard will be the Auxiliary judge for all classes.
