BK Cadets to perform at big shopping centre
The Black Knights Cadets have been very popular throughout Kent recently thanks to the hard work put in by the staff of BK. Consequently they have been invited to perform at Bluewater Shopping Centre for the day on August 21st.
Bluewater, when bulit, was the largest shopping centre in Europe, and has a catchment area that spans the whole of Kent and beyond. This is a fabulous opportunity for Black Knights and the drum corps activity as a whole.
The Black Knights Cadets will be performing 3 times, 11am, 12.30pm, and 2pm. Clinics taken by the Black Knights staff and main corps members will be running before and after each performance. These involve the brass, percussion (both tuned and untuned) and colour guard sections of the drum corps. The day starts at 10am and the performances and activities will continue through till 3pm.
This is a great chance to demonstrate the skills of the younger members of our activity, to potential new members, as it is the summer holidays. (Text: dcuk.org.uk)
