Distant Thunder endorse Vic Firth equipment
Distant Thunder are pleased to announce a deal with Vic Firth which will mean that the complete Percussion Section will be playing with the Corpsmaster range of percussion equipment over the forthcoming season.
Corps director John Dimmick of Distant Thunder said: "We are delighted to endorse the superior Corpsmaster range as we believe them to be the very best in percussion equipment."
Neil Larrivee, Education Director of Vic Firth is delighted to have Distant Thunder endorse their full line of sticks and mallets. "We admire the strides this fine program has made in such a short period of time. With a demanding program such as West Side Story, the percussion players will now have access to our complete range of sticks and mallets", Larrivee said. Vic Firth is recognised as the leader in percussion accessories around the globe. The Corpsmaster line of sticks and mallets are chosen by many of the world's greatest DCI Corps including, The Blue Devils, Santa Clara Vanguard, The Cadets, Madison Scouts, Blue Knights and Crossmen and many more.
Distant Thunder will be playing at various BYBA and DCE shows during the 2005 season and would like to thank Vic Firth Inc. for the assistance they are giving the corps.
