Color guard caption added to overall score in 2006

Starting in 2006, the color guard caption will be added to the overall score in the DCE Competition Manual. Drum Corps Europe announced this change during the '2005 KICK OFF' Symposium in Middelburg this weekend.
Other drum corps organisations like Drum Corps International and Drum Corps Associates, already have color guard included in the overall score. Drum Corps Europe has decided to follow this policy.
Corps without a color guard are still allowed to enter the competition next year, but obviously they will not receive a score on the guard caption.
