10,000th news story on DCE website
Drum Corps Europe has posted its 10,000th news story on the website. The news page was launched in June 2002 and quickly grew into the largest drum corps news site in Europe.
In the nine and half years that the news page has been running, each year more than 1,000 news items were posted in five languagesâ??â??. Drum corps fans know where to find the DCE website. Every day, between 1,000 and 2,000 people visit the site. A major exception is the month of September, when the number of visitors multiplies many times over.
The iPhone app that DCE released several years ago is also popular. Through this app, fans can quickly and easily access the news items on their iPhone.
