First Italian color guard marching in USA
Nadia Graziani (22) from the Italian drum & bugle corps Mosson will join the Empire Statesmen from Rochester - New York next summer. She will be competing in the competition of Drum Corps Associates, including the DCA Championships. Nadia has been marching with Mosson since 2004. As of 2007 she has been the color guard caption head and designer of the group "After many years spent studying dance and artistic gymnastics, Nadia is now ready to face this new American experience, which will surely make her grow from the technical and artistic point of view", Mosson Drum & Bugle Corps states in a press release. "It will also be extremely important for her from the human and personal side."
Graziani will spend more than three months marching with one of the top DCA drum & bugle corps. "She will work hard and learn important notions which she will later pass to the Mosson Corps. Being part of the technical staff of the group she will help the growth of her section." Nadia will start her adventure at the end of May, when she will travel to Rochester.
