Concord presents 'Volo di Fantasia'
This year moving to The Blue Shed contemporary performance space on Brightside Lane, Sheffield, Concord will present 'Volo di Fantasia' on Friday 11th November (7.30 pm) and Saturday 12th November (2.30 pm matinee and 7.30 pm). The Blue Shed is an exciting new facility that will allow Concord Youth music to greatly extend the scope and content of their unique form of entertainment. Featuring brass players, a rhythm section and dancers, all professionally lit and with electronic sound effects, the Concord team aims to take their audiences on a journey of adventure exploring facets of music and movement in a 90 minute show that will take your views on brass and percussion to a whole new horizon.
This year Concord presents as guest performers the widely-renowned Hype Dance Company, Sugar Kane Dance School, students from Firth Park Community Arts College and featuring, of course, their own junior section Concord AllStars - a cast of almost 100 talented and energetic young performers.
