Music City Mystique and Arcadia are WGI Champs
Music City Mystique from Nashville, Tennessee, has won the title in the Independent World Class. In the Scholastic World Class, Arcadia High School proved to be the best. The Blue Knights received the 'Fan's Favorite' award.
Rhythm X from Columbus, Ohio, and NorthCoast Academy from Saginaw, Michigan, came fourth and fifth respectively in the Independent World Class Finals, the same positions they reached in the Prelims. The Belgians Maarten Deschacht and David Dewyn marched in these units.
There was another European participant. This winter, the German Konstatin Etzold (Starriders/Jubal) marched OC Indoor from Portland, Oregon. This unit also reached the Independent World Class Finals and eventually came fifteenth.
