Wölper Löwen recruit members for come-back
2012 will see the return of the Wölper Löwen to the drum corps competition. Already, the corps from Neustadt are working hard, preparing for the comeback, including an open day on Sunday 27th March.
A few years ago, the Wölper Löwen swapped the football fields for theatres. Although they managed to build up a successful theatre programme, the corps from Neustadt is keen to return to the drum corps competition. The German corps is taking ample time to start afresh. This year will be spent preparing for that.
On 27th March, Wölper Löwen are holding an open rehearsal for the people in and around Neustadt, to (re-)ignite their enthusiasm for drum & bugle corps and for the corps in particular. Interested parties can take a look behind the scenes of a drum corps rehearsal, and will also have the opportunity to try the instruments themselves.
