New website for DCA unveiled
The Drum Corps Associates website has received a much needed facelift and revitalisation for 2009. The new website is the work of Brian Haslanger, well known California web designer. He has designed a clean, colourful and up to date website that will easy to use and informative.
The latest news headlines are available on the home page while easy links provide information on this summer's shows, The DCA Championships and much more. The photo gallery provides over 1100 high-resolution pictures from the 2008 Championship as well as links to photos from DCA sponsor Drum Corps Planet. Secretary Johnson advised the score page will be updated each show night with the most recent scores and recaps will be available for downloading within 24 hours of each event.
President Silva feels strongly that revitalizing the website for drum corps fans and members was a high priority. Giving DCA an up to date presence on the web is critical to the communication with the fans, members, sponsors and the entire drum corps community.
