Number of units for BYBA Championships 2009
In line with rules, BYBA is required to announce the number of units that will be eligible for the 2009 Championships. The 2008 Rules Congress clearly gave the Performance Portfolio the mandate to ensure that BYBA's uniqueness remained through the leagues, ensuring there will be strong competition right through into September. Therefore, the Performance Portfolio Committee has set a maximum of 25 places. 25 units will be invited to the 2009 BYBA National Championships, and should any division be depleted during the first half of the season, then the Performance Portfolio reserve the right to make adjustments to the following (1st May 2009):
Junior Division: 2 units
Division 3: 8 units
Cadet Division: 4 units
Division 2: 5 units
Associate Division: 3 units
Division 1: 3 units
