'Whole Activity' show being planned for 2009
BYBA is working with MPAUK and the British Federation of Youth Marching Band Organizations on a 'whole activity' showcase event for June 28th 2009 in Colchester, Essex, UK, based around performances by top DCI Corps Blue Devils, and including UK and Dutch bands and Corps of all styles. MPA:UK (DCUK) is working with BYBA and the British Federation of Youth Marching Band Organisations on a 'whole activity' showcase event for June 28th 2009 in Colchester, Essex, UK, based around performances by top DCI Corps Blue Devils, and including UK and Dutch bands and corps of all styles.
Confirmation will not be possible until September when Blue Devils announce their European tour schedule. This announcement is made at this time so that bands and corps can pencil the date in their 2009 diaries as the activity needs to make this a major attraction to ensure that it is successful.
