"This has been a long winter, but I can't believe the strong position NSG is in, which is already paying dividends in so many ways", Lee also said. "I'm really pleased with the wealth of expertise we've put together in order to re-structure and re-focus the organisation and to provide new vision and direction."

The new Management Executive (which currently covers Board Trustees responsibilities for the charity) takes immediate effect with the following appointments:
Group Chairman - Lee Brogan
Vice Chairman - Mark Nicholson
Strategic Development Director - Paul Cartwright
Finance Director - Deborah Haw
Executive Director - Mark Pickles
Logistics Director - Maria Bolton
Lee went onto say, "This is a new beginning and the start of a bright new future."
